2012 in review

we are less than 2 months old and already i’m happy to say that i’m very thrilled to have so many visitors already.

you could say the ice cold land ‘village’ has been receiving many visitors these last 2 months. but this is only the beginning – the hard work starts now as we try to get more interesting stories up for 2013. no resting on our laurels unfortunately. gotta keep keeping on.

and it’s all because of YOU, the readers. thanks for stopping by, commenting and recommending this site. i am sincerely grateful. 🙂

word press has done a little 2012 roundup for this site which i”m sharing with the iceland troopers, which is you.

i hope you guys all have a great 2013 and let’s keep exploring and unearthing treasures here in iceland!

the WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.

here’s an excerpt:

600 people reached the top of mt. everest in 2012. this blog got about 4,800 views in 2012. if every person who reached the top of mt. everest viewed this blog, it would have taken 8 years to get that many views.
